I am looking to have a site designed and uploaded to my host just like the template below. I will be using a different color scheme than the one below and different tiles.. However the layout is exactly what I am looking for. I do not care what method is used for the design as long as it is something that can be easily updated by me. The black border around the page I want to be a light burgundy or maroon color instead. The gray background around the content I want to be a light green color.
