I can do this for you quickly. If there is a solid color background I can just match the color and the 3mm. If it is a photo or more Complex design the best way is to stretch it 3mm which means the file should have at least 300 resolution but 600 would guaranty less of a degradation in image quality. Although I don't think it should be too noticeable in either case.
