Backend Administrative Panels in PHP using Metronics theme

Hello there, We are looking for a passionate and talented web developer who can finish two administrative backend panels in PHP using latest version of LARAVEL and Metronics admin theme. We would provide you with the Wireframes and Metronics theme, so do not worry about purchasing the theme. There are total of 3 Web Admin Panels out of which we are looking to outsource two panels and if we are satisfied with the work we would award the remaining one panel. I am looking at a reasonable quote and would not like to spend high as I have a small budget. The developer should be comfortable with Repository culture and should be able to commit the code on daily basis. The developer should be available over skype so that our team can collaborate with him. We have a small budget of 500$ for the panels and if the work is satisfactory we are looking for long term association and regular collaboration.
