Build a Website

I currently have a website built with wordpress that uses Ignitiondeck Crowdfunding software. Please visit this page and click on "Support now" to see where I want additional information collected: [login to view URL] This lightbox i would like to collect additional values in the form of a question. These values will should then be gathered into additional columns created in the "backers" section of the listing. Currently this backers section has the image of the user, the amount they contributed and the project contributed to. The Project creator, at a designated time, can enter the values that are correct. The system (already created, just have to sift the code to make it work into this site) then decides who wins based on the answers provided by the different supporters. What I need: Additional Fields for checkout - Make fields visible in "Donor profile" - Additional area for project creator to input answer values when they are received. Display of Winner, after details have been entered, on the front page of the project. Alert of winner via email to all participants. This is an additional field the project creator would fill out. PLEASE keep in mind that all of the hard coding is 100% complete! i just need help creating tables in the database to store the additional information, placing the information on specific areas of pages and implementing the system of winner-selection. I am quite familiar with all of the different pages that need to have code added to them. (for instance the lightbox mentioned earlier)
