Build a Website for intranet to allow cash flow forecasting and analysis

Hi We are looking for a quote for creating a database/reporting/analysis system to run on an intranet. The system is to be used for cash flow forecasting. We currently have an excel spreadsheet which we use and in effect are looking to replicate this into a more user friendly intranet based system as the spreadsheet has grown very large and not particularly user friendly. We have offices spread in different locations that are funded by a central office. We currently use an excel spreadsheet to store data of forecast future and actual past cash movements. However due to amount of data this is inefficient can be quite slow and also historic data is not stored in same files. We are looking to have a system built that will store this data, allow us to analyse and produce reports and charts easily on the data. Here are some of the features we are looking to include: • Individual user accounts with customisable access – so for example head office users have full read/write rights where a location office can only view/enter for their office • Ability to set up rules to send automated email reminders and reports • Many of our offices send in forecasts daily going out for certain periods, the system needs to pick the latest entry only and be able to produce reports analysing forecasting accuracy. • Ability to set up custom views by currency etc • Ability to reconcile forecasts to actual flows on the day • Ability to import in forecasts etc • Create export excel files based on certain criteria • Show future flows etc • Incorporate our borrowing facilities and show charts etc to make sure we have sufficient money There maybe some other minor bits to add but if we could get an estimated quote for something similar. We would ideally like the system to be adaptable to future needs if possible, especially if possible to adapt in house but may also wish for some support for at least 6-12months after to resolve bugs.
