Custom coding required for Wordpress Business Directory Theme

The following two pages are required: (please see attached excel file for complete detail and examples) 1/ Home Page - basically an input page (search) and information page 2/ Search results page , plus select and send single message to multiple search result listings The back end framework of this website is all based on a business directory function and framework ..., but the front end workflow is as follows : 1/ search input (home page) > 2/ results (search results page) > 3/ select & submit your message to those businesses selected from the search results Core functions (which are most important and 100% critical) are: 1/ Send single message to multiple businesses in search result 2/ Multiple "Ratings and Review" information displayed for each listing (data that has been scraped from multiple sources) 3/ Fully responsive design Happy to explain further??? Please advise your quote based on these milestones required Milestone 1: Theme upload and develop page graphic designs and framework (must include custom business listing design & requirements (ie: ratings data from multiple websites)) Milestone 2: Search functions and search result and send message forms all working (completed and fully functional) Milestone 3: Data import (Business Listings) (we will provide the data in CSV), plus all Categories = Locations and Service Types all set up in Directory system Milestone 4: Website complete (design and coding) and uploaded to our hosting Time Frame required: (pls note this is very important) - We need to start immediately - We have a very strict time frame...and require 5 days turnaround for completing each milestone (no extensions given) - We require an update on progress every two days with details (if you can not completed within this time frame or are not willing to provide regular progress updates/feedback we will immediately cancel the project and award to another freelancer and no payment will be made)
