Design me a Product

I require a white double or treble skinned translucent top fitted with red green and blue LED lights that will diffuse light through the inner skin on create a colour changing light glow within the dome. It should be domed. It has to sit on a frame around the top half of a special made bed. There should be a rubber/foam edge to cushion it while sitting on wooden frame edge. When a person is lying on the bed with their arms by there side the dome should cover there head down to there waist and the inner side should be about 30cm from their face. It needs to have a simple cantilever hinge mechanism that will lift the elongated dome shaped cover up over and down with ease so the person can get on and off the bed easily. It could swing up and over to the other end of the unit and the person could get on and put legs into dome. It could then swing over to sit over head and the top half of body. Must be light and easily moved. Maybe hydraulic levers or cantilever? Should be able to pushed up to lift it. The dome will have its own lead to plug in and light control. Maybe remote control. I want a design to take to manufacture so needs to be thought through and work. Cad drawing of unit it is to fit to will be supplied with all measurements.
