Design a Website Mockup

I'm looking for a simple Real Estate website for a family business. It's more focused on showcasing the properties instead of looking to buy them. Not looking for the complex Real Estate search widget. We have 'Before' and 'After' pictures of each home. The frontpage needs to display all of the homes with a set featured image with some information underneath. If there are 9 homes, there should be a 9 square grid of some sort. When you click on a homes picture, it takes you to a page that shows the featured image large on one side and information on the side of it. There should also be a way to scroll through the other pictures for that home. Most importantly, we need a button that says 'Before' pictures. To access this content, it needs to ask for an access code or something similar. Almost like a hide/show modification with password. When that code is entered, another scroll will appear with 'Before' pictures. The site needs to be responsive. I have a domain, hosting and Wordpress installed. I'm a novice Wordpress user, but cannot figure out a good design for this website. I can add the Before and After pictures myself, please add some sample images though. I do have a logo, but if you can provide a better one and the price is reasonable, I'm interested.
