Develop a system looks alike as Figure1 and develop Admin site to manage the whole system together with some analytics.. Admin side it depend on your own creativity & hard work. I wants it to be responsive and front end must be available as app also.. use phonegap to achieve it. Send me your company name, company website, cost & timeline. Add in the milestone of this project.. from A to Z.... Add in some sample admin you think of being suitable for this... Most importantly, thr's no any upfront payment and payment will be done based on milestone.. the milestone must be work which hostable in ur server.. We are basically an IT software company, WEON Technologies (startup). We have people who has developed many android APPs, iOS Apps and Web development. Some of those apps that has been developed by our team are - Library feedback system (has server at the back end), Mobile network analysis APP (that provides information about signal strength). Figure1 is missing over here. Our milestone can be decided based on Figure1 only. So we are not providing it right now.
