Front end Website Development using (HTML,CSS,JS)

We need to Develop two simple pages. Login/Registration page and Profile Page. Below are few notes on what is desired, although creativity is appreciated. 1. Login Page: NOTES: All components need to be responsive to the size of screen and different types of devices. If name and password or any form field is not entered in prescribed format, show a modal or a pop up emanating from the field explaining the error. Include three levels of validation viz. HTML5 validation, Javascript/Jquery/Bootstrap validation, PHP validation. Use Ajax to instantly access the database and show if the name or email is already taken. Create the database in MySql. Include IP address and time of last login as well as first login in the database. Load time may not exceed one second. Components: a. Logo in middle of the header bar. b. Name, Password on the right most corner of the header bar. Autofocus and Auto fill should be included. c. Form should include: Use Ajax Integration for Name, Email, and Phone number. Password, Re-enter password should be normally used. Date of Birth, Country, City and State should be included. d. Backend: All the error messages returned by PHP files should be shown in a modal and not another page. e. Use light colors in background. Please make decisions on color combinations knowing that we are building a site where a lot of reading and some writing will be done. f. Use semi-transparent form block. g. When a user fills out all the form and presses submit. Show a modal with terms and conditions, with option of .pdf download of terms and conditions. Only when the user agrees save his name and password and all other info. h. Overall please have the liberty of making the page aesthetically pleasing. i. Include session variables. Create cookies on successful login, and save a time of 30 days for cookies to expire. j. For a first time user who fills the complete form, redirect him to the next page of completing the profile. k. For those who login, redirect them to say google.com. l. Use Captcha before submit button, preferably Re-captcha by google 2. Complete profile page Components: a. Crop, resize, upload, and show uploaded photo. b. Include a field of status, not more than 150 words. c. Include information on School, College, Previous cities the person lived in, Stream of Study and Highest Degree’s. All these options should be provided with a plus sign, so that more number of colleges or cities could be included as per requirement. d. Interests should be included with a tick box with an option of selecting all of them. Include following: Business, Science and Technology, Spirituality, Health, Entertaintment, Sports, Editorial and ALL. e. Alternative email id’s. f. Import Friends and contacts from Face-book And LinkedIn, and store all the information in a different table.
