Cross-Platform Tourist App Development

I'm looking to create a tourist app for both iOS and Android that is mainly educational and tourist-oriented, incorporating historical and informative content, as well as a monetisation strategy through advertising. Key requirements: - Cross-platform development: The app needs to be built for both iOS and Android. - Tourist and educational focus: The primary goal is to create an engaging platform that educates users on historical and informative content related to tourist attractions. - Monetisation: A strategy to incorporate advertising within the app is essential. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficient in cross-platform mobile app development for both iOS and Android. - Prior experience in developing educational or tourist-related applications. - Understanding of in-app advertising and monetisation strategies. - Strong UI/UX design skills to ensure a user-friendly and engaging interface. Please read this VERY carefully. We have now had two app developers take this project and run away wring our money. We will not allow this again and have taken legal steps to ensure this cannot happen again. We need the app to have the following functions, Admin Panel Several sections including History, Where to Eat, Local Attractions. News Small online shop selling around 10-20 items We must have the ability to post videos or links from YouTube We will be selling adversing space within the sections and will need to be able to edit very quickly to start an ad campaign for one of our customers advertising in the app so we will need the admin panel to be easily edited. The advertising will come from local businesses that we will advertise within the app. We must have the function to create both ads within the sections like in "Where to Eat" but also we must be able to have a pop up function. The app must look perfect, fresh, new and sleek. Also, please be aware that we are starting this in one area then having other areas covered so we will need to use the same app template to create other apps in other areas.
