Zakres zadania - Opracowanie projektu graficznego i składu broszury/ katalogu dla inwestycji developerskiej. Zależy nam na schludnym przedstawieniu projektu potencjalnemu inwestorowi/developerowi (nie klientowi prywatnemu); - Obróbka graficzna części materiałów (rzuty, zagospodarowanie terenu, widoki); - Dopasowanie się do istniejącej identyfikacji wizualnej; Forma współpracy Jest to jednorazowe zlecenie, ale po udanej współpracy możliwe są podobne kolejne. Umowa o dzieło/ zlecenie/ faktura - wybranym osobom prześlę materiały z prośbą o wycenę. Wymagania - wymóg minimum - portfolio z projektem publikacji broszury, katalogu, najlepiej związanego z architekturą. optymalnie - portfolio z kilkoma broszurami dla developerów; - dodatkowym atutem jest jakiekolwiek doświadczenie związane z budownictwem/architekturą pozwalające lepiej zrozumieć otrzymane materiały; ------------- Prosimy o przesłanie portfolio. Z wybranymi osobami nawiążemy kontakt i przekażemy materiały do wyceny. Uwaga - podany w ogłoszeniu budżet jest orientacyjny, można go negocjować.
