Kurdish Speech to Text ASR and Text to Speech

I'm looking for a qualified developer to build an Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text to Speech (TTS) system that specifically caters to the Sorani Kurdish dialect. The primary goal of this project is to convert spoken Kurdish into written text to be utilized for voice commands and control. I am looking for a person to design a project (Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Text to Speech (TTS)(Text to Speech (TTS) and Speech to Text) by Kurdish Key Responsibilities: - Develop an ASR system capable of accurately transcribing Sorani Kurdish - Implement a Text to Speech (TTS) feature enabling the system to speak back in Kurdish - Ensure the system supports voice commands and control, enhancing its usability Ideal Candidates: - Experienced in speech processing and recognition technologies - Proficient in developing ASR and TTS systems - Familiar with Kurdish dialects, particularly Sorani - Skilled in implementing voice command features - Able to work efficiently and deliver a reliable, high-quality product within the agreed timeline.
