SEO Optimzed and Mobile Enabled wesbite

I have a 3 columns template that I have created half way using HTML5 and CSS. The template is SEO optimized, meaning that the main will be crawled first instead of the side menu. CSS sprites have also been used to improve the loading speed of the website. Now, I am in the process of converting the template (CSS3 based) to mobile enable template so that the content and menu bars can be present as a single column on mobile apps instead of 3 columns (on PC and laptops).
