Comment board - User hits reply - Pop up appears - User can type response and hit submit - Pop up disappears - New comment goes to bottom of thread o Comments stored on temporary database (Amazon Dynamo) Upvote - Upvote button allows people to upvote answer - Thread is listed in order of most upvotes o Limit voting to 1 vote user Database - Enable data of comments to be stored on Amazon Dynamo DB or MongoDB Admin - Allow admin to create new comment board

I would recommend mongodb as this database does not vendor lock in. You can use any other hosting service provider and your code can still running. Compare to DynamoDB you have to lock in with AWS. Stacks - bootstrap - Jquery - PHP Codeigniter - MongoDB
