LOW BUDGET HOME UPGRADE Interior, Exterior, Architectural Design (YOU ARE BIDDING ON THIS PROJECT): Interior Design assistance for small vacation home by lake. I will initially hire you to improve the look and modernize the Master Bedroom utilizing the existing furniture, best use of space, colors, accents, etc. I will provide you with current layout, dimensions and pictures of the Master Bedroom. You need to provide me with ideas, designs, colors, pictures layouts, 3D…THE ARTISTIC TOUCH! Additional Projects Overview: Interior, Exterior & Architectural Design for small vacation home by a lake. I need a "Room by Room" Interior Designs and Exterior Designs, lawns, flower beds, etc. The second project I will hire you to design a 18 foot x 18 foot deck outdoor deck with roof. I will provide you pictures and dimensions of exterior of house, pictures of deck. (I already built this deck, I need a designers touch to make it look nicer. Then I will hire you to design other rooms, exterior of home, garage, shops, sheds, other decks and yards. Home is currently a one bedroom home with two offices, living room, dining room, kitchen, one bathroom. The house is situated on 5 acres of wooded land. My overall objective is: 1. Utilize designers' creations and ideas to modernize and improve the look of the house and property. I need the Designer to offer ideas, colors, layouts, accents, etc. 2. I will need several ideas & designs for each room. 3. I need to design a room addition with an additional bedroom and master bath. 4. I will provide pictures of the home exterior, I need you to improve the design, layout, colors, lighting and accents.

Hello! I will charge 10$ per each room renovation layout. Each layout includes: measurements, furniture placement, color (with pantone number you can send to the paint store) and a small render. I'm used to work with low cost designs so it won't be any problem. And yes, you may do all the revisions you need until the result fits your taste.
