PA / Virtual Assistant Marketer Product developer

I need someone that can help me to make my ideas become reality. Some of the work this assistant will be doing will include but not limited to facebook advertisement, Product sourcing, Business Planing, Execution (posting jobs on freelancer.com or looking for experts to execute Business plans), Writing Proposal (either by you or through a freelancer). The freelancer needs to be fluent in English, and he or she has to be able to express his or her thoughts through writing. There will be times that ill just talk about an idea over skype through chat or voice call, and ill expect a report of what we talked about and the way forward on the specific idea. Requirements: The freelancer must be readily available through skype messenger Must be fluent in English Willing to take a pay of $3 per hour
