Spanish Link Building - Quality links from .es domains

Hello, I’m looking for 200 permanent one-way backlinks PR4 (homepage page rank) related to my niche (health, medicine) from SPANISH sites. Spanish Link Building Only from .fr websites and blogs from my niche!!! All backlinks must come from different websites. Backlinks on URLs should be active right away.
