Vote to win online poll

Hello, I need an IT guy / girl that can bring me enough votes on a certain website and a certain name, in order to win that poll. He or she will have to keep an eye at the page, from time to time during each day, until march 24 when all this will be over and ensure that each day that name stays on top of the list above the others (at least 20-30 votes ahead the next competitor). To complete this task, and get payed you will need to ensure that name WINS the poll at the end, without being obvious. As far as i know, the page memorises the IP and it works with cookies too, but it doesn't memorise the MAC adress. I managed to vote several times via proxy and other techniques but I want someone else to deal with it. The ideal scenario would be that each vote comes from a different IP and MAC (just in case), 80% votes from Romania and 20% from other countries...but at the end, any kind of vote will do. Please reply with details about how will you do that. Thank you!
