Help me with Internet Marketing

We are looking for a sales/marketing executive who has good knowledge of internet marketing and product promotion. We have wide range of services/products. The selected person will have to manage on selling and promoting all the products gradually. We are looking for an individual who can stay online especially during US hours. We are looking for a person who is self-motivated and takes ownership of tasks. You can work from home and allowed to do his/her other tasks simultaneously provided confidentiality is not disclosed to any other party. Initially this position will be on commission base but we will make it with fixed pay + commission as soon as we grow. We are looking for a person who is hardworking and looking for long term relationship and long term earning source but not quick money. You will have to stay online on sales support and provide support to our clients and promote our services all over the internet. We will discuss the marketing strategy with the selected person. The person will need to be online on skype for chat and voice communication.
