We are seeking an experienced mobile app developer to join our team and help us create a news app that delivers news updates to users in a concise and easy-to-read format. Our goal is to create a user-friendly, intuitive, and engaging news application that can quickly deliver news updates to users.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the product team to define the app's features, functionality, and design
Develop and maintain the mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms
Ensure the app is user-friendly, easy-to-use, and accessible to a wide audience
Optimize the app's performance, speed, and reliability
Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile app development trends and techniques
Develop and implement new features and enhancements based on user feedback and market trends
Test and debug the app to ensure a high level of quality and performance
Work closely with designers to ensure the app's visual design is consistent with our brand and user expectations
(The App would be based on USA and Canadian markets)
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in mobile app development, specifically iOS and Android platforms
Proficient in programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, and Java
Familiarity with mobile app development frameworks such as React Native, Xamarin, or Flutter
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to create visually appealing designs
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred
