building a cell phone program/application/running support

I’m a 26 year old Portland OR local. I have an idea for a cell phone program that will change the business world and also help keep the earth a greener place. I have no idea how to build cell phone programs so I’m here. I’m looking for someone to build the program and run support on it. It will be a full time business once the program is running. I’m looking for someone very experienced in programming. the program needs to be able to run on iphone and all blackberrys(business phones/handhelds)first. then branch out from there. i'm not sure how to go about this? but i know the the program/application is a multi million dollar company. as soon as program/application is able to be downloaded support and customer service will need to be provided. everyone who owns or works for a business will have the application on their phone. and the big corporations will pay to have there logo designed for their employees. at $1.99 a month for an app. + design fee for large corps. you can imagine. i dont want to say much more untill i figure out some patent info and confidentiality agreement is signed. i can pay for the program/application to be made but really im looking for someone to run support on it (as it will be a full time job)and possibly take an intrest in the company (partners) because for every business that exists every employee will need it and their is allways new businesses and people getting hired. THIS IS NOT SPAM i have a great idea but i dont know how to build it someone please help. this is by no means get rich quick. i have a feeling it could be hard work but worth every penny. its taking a service that is provided already and going mobile with it.
