app design & Development ( face recognition)

I would like to do develop a mobile application ( IOS), where we the person can choose the design of the hair line ( scalp Micro pigmentation). So wuld need a face recognition and add up the hair line. Would be 3 designs: Square Round Triangular And as option of more density or less density. So, first the app need to clean all the hair (like the face app) and them give one of the 3 options. I would like a simple style: kind of 3 steps: 1) First step: upload the picture 2) Second step: Clean up (the head- make it bold clean head) 3) Choices of scalp Micro pigmentation: Round/ Square/ triangular Choices of: darker and lighter shade Show result: before and after to download I want to make it a monthly payment from costumers.
