I would like a very similar app to the following app using the platform B4A / B4i for cross platform for both Android and iPhone. If you have solid experience with VB.Net and Visual Basic 6 then you probably can handle B4A with a little learning curve. There are a lot of existing libraries that will do mot of not all that is required UI and also API access so most actual coding will be in the app logic and SQLite data storage. Previous experiences on B4A/B4I is highly preferred but as I say VB.Net and Visual Basic 6 will get enable to code on this platform. Install this app first - look at it - then tell me how much it will cost. NO auto bids will be considered at all. I have been in IT for 44 years so I am not interested in some salesman trying to get me to pay ridiculous amounts because I know what is involved. Sick of that.
