The R-T Enterprise is an Ohio based ideation entity. We seek a developer for our patented product, an in-vehicle cellphone theft deterrence, prevention, and recovery system and method applicable to both new and retro vehicles. A cabin module includes an input device in data communication with the cabin processor and configured to receive user input data indicative of an emergency event, such as a carjacking in progress. The input device is a touch screen wherein from a simple depressing of the device signals security phone numbers notifying law enforcement agencies of the high-jacking event. The transmitted data comprises owner identification, vehicle description and license as well as vehicle location via global positioning. The owner's cellphone is equipped with an app that communicates with the vehicle cellphone/computer where certain options exist, options that permit owner assistance that enables real-time law enforcement recovery of the vehicle. The system ultimately saves the lives of the inadvertent passenger and innocent bystander. As the high speed chase is the most unique and dangerous job law enforcement can do, officers make on-the-spot decisions about whether to chase based on their perception of a driver's danger to the public. Our product's unique communication capabilities obviates the chase decision, making it a friend to law enforcement.
