Small IPHONE App

I want to have an application completely redone from start to finish. I had an application created but as i wanted additional features, the coder began dramatically increasing his prices for small components. I wanted to spends several $1000s of dollars on the coder but he had a short term vision. He had my loyalty and my complete budget. Please don't bid on this project if you have a short term relationship. I want a complete application from the beginning to end. Here is a demo of a webscript that I am using [login to view URL] I would like an iPhone Application that will show the listings in table or map form. My version of the phpproads script has incorporated the GPS location of the merchants for the map feature. Each product listing already has GPS data. Please see my .pdf and requirements of the features that I want incorporated into my android application Please note: I DO NOT have an GUI, api or any connectivity already developed. I need you to develop all of the components needed to deploy the application including 1. Data connection api 2. Graphical Interface 3. Application Please include all necessary work in the bid price. Also, please don't bid unreasonably low to try to capture my interest just to raise price while chatting. Please let me know what the total is for a completed project ready for deployment.
