Thanks for taking a few minutes to review my proposal. I am a Sr System Engineer for a software developer so I regularly write Java programs with Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL databases. I am also experienced with using REST APIs and then parsing the returning XML into databases. What I'm envisioning for you program is a simple Java Swing application that allows you to determine the search parameters and limits that you would like. It will return the data in an onscreen table so that you can review and approve. Once approved it will output in the CSV format. This program will come with all source code and clear documentation on how to repeat and configure the program to meet your needs in the future.
