Derive ADM1 and ADM2 (province and district) from latitude longitude given

Task 1- Derive ADM1 and ADM2 (province and district) from latitude longitude given The source needs to be from [login to view URL] The source has several APIs that do something similar but I need this integrated with excel so that basically in the attached sheet in column D and E are automatically populated. ADM1 is basically the province and ADM2 is district in the Geonames dictionary. Here is an example. If I give you 19.422 in column B and 72.5257 in column C. I want in column D Mahārāshtra as the ADM1 and in column E Konkan Division as ADM2.
