Upload Files to database on Angular + Spring boot

For this project, I am looking for a developer proficient with Angular (NG-ZORRO), Spring boot and MSSQL to migrate a single project page (form upload page) from ASP (classic) and Oracle DB to Angular and MSSQL DB. The developer needs to develop/implement a submission form which includes saving the form entries and attachment to the database. The developer does not need to develop the database as there already exist 2 tables in the database used for this submission, one to store the binary of the file, file name, size and type whereas the other database will be used to store the form entries and the attachment's file name. Some parts of the form submission have been done although it may not be working fully. The developer for this project mainly needs to focus on three areas: 1) The developer will need to check if the done part is working properly such as the converted SQL queries from Oracle DB to MSSQL DB. Making use of existing progress should lighten some workload. 2) Look at the ASP source code and convert the upload form page to the new Angular system, particularly uploading the attachment files from the front end to the database. The front end of the page has already been done, the developer would just need to work on how to upload the attached files to the database. The developer can work on MultipartFile to implement the file upload as this will make it easier to retrieve the file information/attributes. 3) Ensure the overall form submission page on the Angular system meets the same functionality as the old ASP system. The developer will be provided with the necessary files from the old system (ASP) and the new system (HTML / typescripts/controller, service, [login to view URL]) for the form upload. For this project, the developer would need to be proficient with Angular (preferably some experience with NG-ZORRO), Spring boot, Maven Repository, Java and MSSQL.
