Create a runescape private server

Hi, Please note this is a price check to see If I want this done - I am not sure how much you'll charge, but if the price is good I will acept. I will want some modifcations in the game which I need you to complete, staff area, Player v Player zones. Also stuff like: X kills gets you X items. The server must be tested on your end, for which I can log in and test myself with my partner. Once we are happy we will then take the server of you and pay. Milestones will be created! Please look into this and not just bid as you will be declined.
