My small business collects leads via Wufoo forms embedded in our website. Typically the customer: 1/ follows a link from Adwords, Facebook Ads or email to a landing page on our website; 2/ clicks to the enquiry form page (in which a Wufoo form is embedded), and 3/ fills out the multipage form and submits their enquiry. I want that enquiry form to contain fields for Source, Medium and Campaign which are to be automatically prefilled from the UTM codes. I have set up a demo landing page and enquiry page so you can see the set up at: [login to view URL] Wufoo has linked to a blog page from 2008 showing how to do this (using a previous Google Analytics system) but I don't understand it: [login to view URL] I need to be able to replicate your solution on several pages of our website, including pages we will add in future. What I want you to do is: - create a system for adding UTM codes to this form. Wufoo has a free plan and Squarespace has a free trial so you should be able to test this at no cost other than time. - give me the log in to your demo Wufoo and Squarespace accounts so I can see how it works. - give me idiot proof instructions as to how to make this work. This can be in an email or on the Squarespace site if that is easier. Please ask if you have any questions.

Hello, I have more than seven year of experience of Google analytic and Google Webmaster tools. I had done a lot of similar project in past i can share reference url in further communication. Simply search my profile name(kumarmanish0001) in Google you will see my work and client feedback. I can set up goals in Google analytic account for your wufoo form. Please let me know if this will work for you. Not sure whether it will give you source and medium information for form but for page where form is integrated it will give you source and medium information. Thanks Manish

Hi my friend, i can do it, in fact i have almost done it. You can see this: https://westendinschools.wufoo.com/forms/m1xk31pb08fd9ab/def/Field131=U-23423-1 In this example, i haved used a fake analytics code (U-23423-1), and if you go to page3 you will see that code is prefilled on the form. I hope to be the choosen one :)
