Front-End Developer for Next.js Certificate System

I am looking for a front-end developer who is an expert in using [login to view URL] to add the last touches to my project creating a frontend for a certificate system such as images, it's a four-stage process : 1- The user will be asked to choose and add the certificate that he wants to request nad it will show the price he would have to pay. 2- the user will be asked to enter communication details which are phone number 1 and phone number 2 and the recipient's name and his national ID number. 3- the user will upload an image of either his national ID or his passport. 4- this stage will show the user what he has requested and it will be the last stage in the process when he clicks finish it should show him the date that he will be able to receive the certificate. Also, I want to add some final touches so the pages look more professional, cause some pages looks so basic, i want it all finished so I can pass it to the back-end.
