I need a chrome extension that is linked to my current platform/ postgres DB

I am looking for someone to build me a chrome extension that is linked to my current platform. Our current platform is build in NODE and REACT The purpose of the platform is to allow the user to fill in a unique kind of form using the data from the platform. However, all of the forms that they will be filling in will be different and therefore the extension will need to: record how a user fills in the form Replicate this for future users trying to fill in the same one Be able to click through pages automatically or provide pretty alert telling the user to do so. The extension should also have some UI components to it that tell the user which fields they will have to fill in themselves and other things like this. The extension will also need a display recommending other similar forms for them to apply. This is not that simple as it includes some basic ML and tracking of the users interaction with the page.
