I want a simple angular application that hooks up to a .net core RESTful API to perform the following: The app will take POCO classes in C# code and transfer it into Typescript classes. For example: C# public class Address { public int Id {get; set;} public string Street { get; set; } public string City { get; set; } } Should be converted into export class Address { Id: number; Street: string; City: string; } The UI should have two code editor one for the input C# code and another for the output Typescript code. Please use the Open Source tool [login to view URL] in the backend to perform the conversion and return it to the front end. If you find other means to perform the conversion in the front end without the need for a backend please go for it. Please use any good open source code editor that supports both (C# and Typescript) in the UI. I googled text editors that can be used with angular and found this one [login to view URL] haven’t used it myself though. If you can find anything better or easier or if you can use something like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or anything similar please do. Hi, I think I can guide you on this project. Of course you can ask others to make the project as you want, but I don't think it's the best approach. If I was you, I would create the WS like you do, and use some existing tools to describe the WS, like the wsdl for a soap WS. This description will describe all the methods, classes and can be used to generate exposed classes and the client api for a lot of languages, including typescript. This approach will give you a lot more flexibility and will do exactly what you want in one line of command line. I've done this a lot and it is really powerful, much more than your approach to convert the classes. Feel free to contact me, all I need is to do some work on your WS, configure the generation, and you will have a perfect approach for your project. Type light is too old scool I can't let you go in the wrong direction.

Can you let me know your aim? Is it avoid recreating the typescript from the api response? What are your constraints? If you are free to use whatever library you want in .Net or .Net Core, I have a simple solution and you should be able to add it in your build process to generate the Typescript model. If that's what's interesting you, let me know and I can provide you the links you need to make it all work nicely without having to build anything new.
