Implementation Responsible for identifying and evaluating the LMS for Pehlay Akshar Foundation Lead the effective implementation and ongoing maintenance of the LMS and all supporting tools, content, technologies, roles, users, security, internal system notifications and other instructional technology user accounts Create and execute a plan for the LMS to meet deliverables and timelines Contribute to defining course objectives, scope and sequence Load and test learning content to the Learning Management System Assign, launch and monitor course functionality Manage the testing of new features and tools that integrate with the LMS by facilitating and managing vendor vetting and training Establish and configure the LMS, including the new content Support functions Devise systems and workflows to ensure all resources are properly set up and available Provide help to students, teachers, team members by updating the how-to guides and FAQs related to usage of LMS Resolve issues related to the LMS courses that are reported by the users Collaborate with team to adapt current programs to be incorporated into the LMS Work on instructional graphics, user interface and finished products Support the team to ensure efficient and effective resolution to LMS problems and trends by creating and maintaining system process workflows Data Analysis and Data Management Analysing the data and trends Activity wise data analysis and presentation of the same Track usage of the tools and features to provide reports Ensure effective data collection and presentation to suggest interventions where required
