Under the The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 ("PECR") it is not permitted to send unsolicited marketing messages via email or text message. I would like to ensure that my website/service is not in breach of this directive, and that I have all the necessary legal safeguards in place to defend any claim that a message is unsolicited. For this project, I would need a document outlining changes to the wording on our website, with a legal rationale behind each of the changes required. On payment for this project, I would need the document to be printed, signed, and mailed to me, for authenticity. Priority will be given to legal professionals.
