This job requires taxation and structure advice on 2 issues:- The lesser important one relates to:- Discretionary Trust, Corporate Trustee and how they apply to PPOR rental The more important one relates to:- CFC / Attributable Taxpayer rules, how they may affect small or big proprietary company rules, and any other related technical aspects thereof I will speak more of the technical details when I reply to you I am open to your quotation and suggestion regarding the budget for the project and understand the quoted maximum may need to be adjusted upwards, or you may prefer a fixed price. I am seeking correct, current and professional guidance in these matters and I would want follow-up support and help where needed. As long as you have the expertise I need ( which I would like to see some of in your Freelancer history or resume ), where you are based is not relevant, but if you are not conversant with the intricacies of the Australian law in these aspects, I will not be needing you on this occasion.
