Serious Server admin wanted

Hello, I am looking for server admin with competitive hourly rate who knows to do the following: 1) Set up an HTTP server with APACHE or NGINX. 2) Install firewall on server (IPTABLES) 3) Create accounts and FTP access 4) Install PHP version 5.0 Also, my old PHP script makes problem to create cookie or so on login so there is a php addon or so to add to make it working. You should also know how to set up Linux SQL database server that also has a firewall. Requirement: You should be communicative and serious. Always update me whatever you are doing in live message chat through freelancer. I need updates every 20 minutes so I know what is being done Please specify your hourly rate. Thanks!
