Band exercise instruction sheet for dynamic warm up

Band Exercise Instruction Sheet for Beginners Skills and Experience: - Experience in creating exercise instruction sheets - Proficiency in creating clear and concise written instructions - Ability to create illustrations to accompany the instructions Project Overview: - The project involves creating an exercise instruction sheet for beginners using resistance bands. - The target audience for the instruction sheet is beginners. - The preferred format for the instruction sheet is text with illustrations. - The client has specific exercises in mind that they would like to be included in the instruction sheet. - The freelancer will need to suggest additional exercises to complement the client's specific exercises. - The instruction sheet should provide step-by-step instructions for each exercise, along with accompanying illustrations. - The instructions should be easy to understand and follow for beginners. - The freelancer should have experience in creating exercise instruction sheets and be able to create clear and concise written instructions. - Proficiency in creating illustrations to accompany the instructions is required. - The client is open to suggestions and input from the freelancer to ensure the instruction sheet is comprehensive and effective. There are 7 warm-up exercises to be performed each for 1 minute. The user will go through the routine 2 times. I've attached 6 videos of the exercises. I am thinking character based illustrations that would fit on one page and clearly get the point across to the user. Vid 2 is two different exercises. The user needs to be instructed to attach the bands to the included carabiner to something solid. We will need to come up with a health and safety disclaimer to be put on the sheet as well.
