HI, we are an Australian based Engineering company (Sydney) with manufacturing facilities in Changzhou China, we are able to manufacture ladders etc for you inhouse, we currently make handrails, ladder, guards etc for several Australian companies, we have full fabrication facilities inhouse, including CNC pipebending, laser cutting - 12mm, plate bending to 12mm, inhouse powdercoating, as a rough example of costs, to make a fully welded handrail from 34x3 pipe, 1550mm long, 1075 high with central staunchion with crossrail at 500 high, and 3 x 10mm mounting plates = about $60AUD, a simple ladder for a forktruck - 700 high, 475 wide with 3 rungs, again from 34X3 pipe = about $55-60AUD, both items above with NO surface treatment, ie, black pipe, they are sandblasted in by Australian customer, these prices are based on low qtys ie 4-6pcs per time, larger volume will obviously be better prices regards Kevin Poole - +61 411800793
