Online Part-time Account Manager

SUMMARY: Online Part-time Account Manager, initially 10 to 15 hours per week, $12-18/hour. Long-term. DETAILS: We are a premier company in the field of marketing and business growth consultancy and we are looking for a driven Account Manager to help us build, develop and manage relationships with clients, key influencers and decision makers within prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, to create and present compelling solutions that exceed customer expectations, through day to day interaction. BASIC RESPONSIBILITY: 1. Interact with our clients (via email, zoom meetings, phone calls, etc) and coordinate with our internal departments to convey client wishes and assign projects out as needed 2. Assist internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks, and close business. 3. Continually develop new ideas to improve business performance. Increase team or group selling efforts by inspiring, motivating, and guiding others toward goal accomplishments. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. A BA/BS degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent 2. At least 2 years of successful experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Service or in any Client Experience Role 3. Self-driven - doesn't need a lot of supervision. Positive attitude, customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability. 4. Exceptional communication skills: needs to be well-spoken, polished. Excellent email and telephone skills. 5. Needs to be available at least some days between 8-5pm EST (in case client needs to chat) but can do some of the work after hours as well DESIRABLE SKILLS (BUT NOT REQUIRED) Knowledge of inbound marketing and HubSpot would be ideal. Willing to go through the inbound certification process.
