Simple Multiple pair trade manager

I want to keep this as simple as possible from the beginning, the fewer settings the better. I want to continue to evolve this EA when this first version is stable. I will use the same coder that I choose for this project but from then on an hourly rate (if I’m satisfied with the work done on the initial version off course). This EA should be loaded on one chart but managing all pairs. If MT4 by some reason closes or restarts, the EA should remember what it was doing. Example of settings (this should explain what I want): Magic = 0 //-- Magic number of trades to manage DoNotManageComment = “comment” //-- Orders where the order comment includes this comment (could be partially), should not be managed. ATR_TF = 60 //-- ATR timeframe for partial close. ATR_Period = 500 //-- ATR period for partial close. ATR_Mult= “1;2.5;3;4.5” //-- ATR multiplication values where trade should be partially closed. Single value means only one partial close. Two values means two partial closes. Three values, three partial closes and so on. PartialCloseSize = “0.3;0.5” //-- Single value here means that all partial closes use the same value. Two values means that the first partial close uses the first value, all the forthcoming closes uses the second value. Three values means that the first close uses the first value, second close the second value, third and all forthcoming closes uses the third value. And so on. BEProfit = 2 //-- When the first partial close takes place stoploss should be set to BE+ this value. When the second partial close takes place SL should be moved to the first partial close level and so on. When the last partial close takes place SL should be moved back to BE+”BEProfit” again.
