Hello, Thanks for posting the project. I am an Electrical Engineer with 30 years’ experience of Customized Product Development for Instrumentation and Control applications. I am based in Kolkata (India) and running a business in the name of "Zetek Systems". I have a good hardware setup and a team for fabrication and testing. Once we had designed one similar equipment called Down Time Analyzer. The front end of the equipment was micro-controller based, collecting status of the target machine through potential free contacts associated with different functional parts. The back end was a PC, where an application used to collect real time data and generate reports etc. This system was supposed to be installed in the Munger factory of ITC, but unfortunately due to some labor union issue it could not be install.
