android menu interface / expandable list adapter

ANDROID JAVA APPLICATION i need to develop a custom menu (with multiple dropdowns) that accesses a mysql database and and displays and expandable list that has clickable options that, once chosen (only IF chosen), display a 3 option radio button set (only one button may be active). all items, including first and second level entries in the expandable list will come from dynamically generated arrays, as described above. i dont know if i can post external links to images, or i would post what my dummy list looks like, but i think that the layout sketches below should give a pretty definite idea. a layout would look something like this: > INSECTS > WEEDS > FUNGHI > OTHERS let us say INSECTS is clicked > INSECTS Spodoptera frugiperda Anticarsia gematalis Metopolophium dirhodum > WEEDS > FUNGHI > OTHERS let us say Spodoptera and Metopolophium are chosen: > INSECTS x Spodoptera frugiperda o o o Anticarsia gematalis x Metopolophium dirhodum o o o > WEEDS > FUNGHI > OTHERS what the program does with the collected data is not part of this project, but i need the data to be collected.
