Convert simple iOS App to Android

We have a small iPhone application that must be converted to Android. Short description of the app and job: 1. The app use a web-service with JSON 2. We have the xcode project so the developer can use for comparison 3. The app must show realtime data of where all online users are 4. The user must login with Facebook account 5. The user must be able to post a tweet using their twitter account from within the app. 6. The user must be able to purchase consumables (in-app purchase) from within the app. 7. The app must support Android 2.3.3 and up 8. Elviranett will provide access to web-service and xcode project for the iOS app. 9. The development is of a very simple kind, and should not take more than a week for a experienced developer. 10. Startup is now. All documentation and access wil be given the winner.
