iOS iphone app update with incorporated iPad version - repost

We are looking to update our iPhone iOS app. The app is a searchable English translation of a religious book (the Quran) with audio streaming, index and bookmark function. IMPORTANT: Please only bid on this project if you completely understand the requirements and are confident you will be able to implement all the functionality and design features outlined in the attached pdf document. Source code for version 1.2 is available upon request. Full milestone payment will be released after the app has been uploaded and successfully published on iTunes and once it has been briefly tested without issues (testing should not take more than 4 days).
