Need an application for a jailbroken iphone

I need someone to create an application for a jalbroken iphone. The application should be able to do all of the following (separate button for each functionality) - change the ip of the device as per a list with proxies. - change the UDID by generating a random and assigning it - Have a shortcut key that when clicked will click (settings -> store -> sign in -> create new apple ID) - will be able to fill in random details for the generic fields of the apple ID account creation menu (name, address, city, state, zip etc). The only fields that should be left for the user to fill should be : username, password - to have a shortcut button that will click ( Settings -> Store - > Sign out) This is an urgent assignment.
