Its a great idea to make an app like this. i will be very happy if i will get a chance to do it. As i have gone through your requirement its clear that you need an app in which you can shoot the video and after shoot video you can send this video in email to anyone. Second thing you need that you want to upload your App in App Store but for that you need to provide your Apple developer account so that we can upload your app in App Store. Thanks.
