Build an IOS and Android application to view 360 degree and 3D VR animation videos (For Google Cardboard)

We are looking for a freelancer to build an IOS/Android Application; - Inside the application we want some 360 degree videos/animations (which we already have) to be viewed as 360 degree and 3D VR. - The app must be able to show the videos as 360 degree (When you turn the phone) - The app must be able to convert the videos to 3D VR format (So it can be seen good in Google Cardboard. - Example of the animation to be put inside this app: [login to view URL] - Example of an app like this: Roller Coaster VR app on iTunes and Google Play store.
