We want a mobile application in which anyone can upload a video for 1- 5 minutes (This time should be flexible). The uploaded video will get published after approval. Anyone can register with their social account. We can restrict, block or remove an uploader from the app. It should be lightweight, user friendly. We can rate the uploader. The uploader can give a description along with the video. The uploaded video can be shared on any social media platform. The uploader should have a profile, where he can see his details, video, review, etc. Please quote with all requirements of (Software+Hardware), AMC, Testing, Publishing. NOTE: We are looking for a limited budget quote. If you think you can't quote it within a budget this project is not for you. You must have completed 3 projects on freelancer to get awarded this project.

Respected Sir, First of All, Your project is very interesting. I recommend you to design 2 apps. First one is going to be our admin app. Admin app can block, restrict or remove an uploader. Admin app have the functionality to verify any user Second one is going to be our user app. User app have homepage and his profile where he can manage his name address pictures and e.t.c.
